Samantha Calias is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) dedicated to creating a therapeutic space where clients feel safe, supported, and inspired to grow. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and brings a warm, collaborative, and evidence-based approach to her work. With advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Samantha specializes in treating addictions and eating disorders. She has extensive experience working with both individuals and families, and while she is capable of supporting clients of all ages, she has a particular passion for working with adolescents and young adults as they navigate critical periods of self-discovery and changes. Samantha’s style blends empathy with gentle challenge, empowering clients to build resilience, develop healthy coping strategies, and foster deeper connection within themselves and their relationships. Her goal is to help every client feel heard, supported, and encouraged as they move toward meaningful and lasting growth.
Samantha currently has open books to see people. Her hours are: Monday & Wednesday 9am-6pm, Tuesday & Thursday 8am-4pm, and Saturdays 9am-12pm.

My goal is for you to feel truly seen, heard, and supported from the moment we begin. In our sessions, you can expect a space where it's okay to be honest, unsure, messy, or vulnerable—whatever you're carrying, you don’t have to carry it alone. I’ll show up with empathy, curiosity, and honesty. I’ll support you when things feel heavy, and gently challenge you when you’re ready to grow. We’ll work at a pace that feels right for you, always moving toward greater self-understanding, confidence, and ease. You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to show up as you are—I’ll meet you there.
Outside of the office, Samantha loves immersing herself in stories—whether through novels, articles, or anything else she can get her hands on. She cherishes time with family and friends and finds joy in creating memories with the people who matter most. Samantha has a curious, adventurous spirit and is always seeking out new and exciting experiences, from exploring unfamiliar places to trying something completely out of her comfort zone. Whether she’s traveling to a far-off destination or discovering a hidden gem close to home, she approaches life with openness, wonder, and a sense of fun.
